In this home, Fogarty's Home Services removed old batt insulation and air-sealed the floor with Zyp foam. We installed pull-down stairs for easy attic access and installed a David lewis hatch cover. To finish the attic insulation we blew fresh new TruSoft cellulose insulation, which is heavier and denser having a higher R-value. TruSoft Cellulose will not burn, get moldy, or attract pests.
