Reducing Ice Damming In Enfield, CT

Ice damming occurs when the heat that you pay for rises up into your attic and heat the bottom of the roof deck to above 32 degrees. Then the snow melts and runs down the roof until it gets to the end where there is no more heat loss heat up the roof and it re-freezes.
