We had our recently purchased home serviced by Fogarty's in January 2023 due to insulation and air sealing problems. We had other people/teams look at our house's issues and determine that it was too troublesome to fix. When Brendan, Fogarty's owner, came to inspect our house, he was INCREDIBLY thorough in his examination of our problems, both in the time and effort spent. The price was higher than expected, but the plan was thorough, and we agreed to it.   Our work was a three-man job over 5 days; I had no complaints at all. Our team was professional, skilled, and showed grit in working through any potential issues. Our house saw around 3-5 degree improvement on first floor, 7-8 on second floor, and 10+ in attic.   While the price was steep, the result was worth it in our opinion. I would go back to this team for future, quality, home services. Thanks!

How important air sealing is in the attic and the basement rim joist.  Not really, I thought I just needed more insulation in my attic.

That the previous company led me to believe they did everything I needed.  In fact, I was shown all the areas that were still leaking heat! Josh, Justin and Sabian were very professional and friendly! They always made sure I knew what was going on and answered my questions promptly. I even got called ma'am which is not very common up here!  Hopefully, I'm all set now!  

Brendan was detailed and helpful. Very accommodating and worked with me every step of the way.  Worked with and around tenant living in an affected apartment.

Found out about it in the newspaper, did some research, and then met Mike.  That was when we decided to choose your company.

I listened to Brendan's interviews on Live 95.9. Everything he discussed was an issue in my home! Brendan coming to my house for the walk thru/consult helped, as he explained everything in "common" language, he made the work easy to understand!
